Concluded within Submission ‘it is the view of the Department further detailed consideration of the interrelationships of these laws is required, which would ensure new legislation was‘coherent, clear and workable’ and that proposed Bill would require ‘substantial revision and reconsideration‘ to address the issues raised by his Department.
